Moto e been freezing no longer works help!

My mobile phone has frozen . as I have 2 year warranty I can return to sainburys in the box but I have all my telephone numbers on the phone. How can I get these off before if I go down the sainburys route to get a gift card or new phone through them? Thanks 4 for any help.

back them up to your sim or google , have you tried a factory reset on the phone ?

if android , go to settings/accounts and back your data (sync) to google , also dependant on phone/android version whilst in contacts , you should be able to copy them to your sim.


if you google "hard reset" on the moto model there are plenty of youtube clips showing how to do this.


quite often its a faulty app that causes the problems , so reload with care

Do a factory reset on your phone after you sync your contacts to Google as advised above
That's the first thing that will be done by the technician when you send phone back for repair

If the phone has frozen how are you supposed to go into the settings to sync your contacts to Google?

If it's already set to back up then you contacts should be access ke if you log onto your google account on a PC or other device
