Thanks everyone. Managed to get the Haven of our choice for the school holiday date of our choice. Does anyone know what super plus means for Haven, as that's what we upgraded to?

I was trying all week to get Haven to confirm what the upgrade terms mean in their sites.
Couldn't get them to confirm.
Going by the descriptions it looks like Deluxe

Morning everyone, thanks again for everything. Stayed up and got first choice and date for Oct half term, new campsite to try International as we normally head for La Croix but hey Paris here we come!!!! Now trying for some short breaks in England Yippee

well that was a late night lol . got booked according to email at 0.38 am . got 4 nights easter was a bit taken with the supplements i was expecting a £15 pppn break with a £2.50 pp supplement not a £20 pppn break. but its booked thanks for the company till the early hours.

Yes, I think so too. Not been for a couple of years so wanted to check. The past few times we've been during Easter/October half term to a Haven park when booking with The Sun, we've always been upgraded to a posher caravan with central heating which has been fab, so fingers crossed for this time too.

I don't understand I've put in all the 9 codes above from Essex boy (including todays letters and numbers) in and I've used my normal bkg ref I was sent by the sun and then tried the priority reference given very kindly by the blacksmith but where do I get the 10th code as I cant get in?I think it might be the bonus token i'm missing?
Can someone help me please?
