yup cheers , I was with giff gaff (terrible) and later 3 , but got fed up of spending , so bailed to life about 3 weeks ago , I have done the £6 deal , now before its pulled , I will await my nano sim arriving and register it then await the £6 deal sim , pop it in my spare phone and get my number moved after a few weeks

I cannot understand why people are paying 35-40p on voda/o2 etc 3 or 4 calls perr week takes it over the one month life or other system

  • I live a village so o2 and EE are about the best you can get but noticed o2 has been very bad of late as the signal is really bad, so fingers crossed EE will be better lol.

Been with 3 but again they got worse and the Internet was rubbish.

I noticed on life mobile it says after 6 months you may be able to upgrade but they don't offer phones so I wonder because they are owned by EE if they switch you over to them.

dunno , I went to argos and bought a new unit , outright cost + life = a lot less over 12m than a normal contract

just to add , when I rung them for a new sim (nano) yesterday , because of xmas I asked if I could collect from a EE store , he said no as they were separate

the link on payment is lifemobile/nocheck , so it looks like they are happy with a max loss of a month + whatever threshold they give you , but not the price of a phone

  • Yep I think the price of phone contracts are insanely expensive, they used to be owed by phones 4 u but EE bought it.

I am hoping mine will be here soon they have took the first payment at the check out so good you can use it straight away.

yup my first card came within about 3 days , you ring them up on 0800 , and give them the sim number , you will get a user name and password afterwards , and you can go online and check

I have turned down my threshold to £1 and turned off voicemail , nice clear English speaking staff and very short answering time

  • I sent a email to life mobile regarding wifi calling this was there response

Thanks for contacting us. I hope you had a great Chrsitmas!

We don't currently offer the Wi-Fi calling service on our network. As we run off the EE service, we are working closely with them on offering new services, so hopefully we'll be able to offer this to you in the New Year. Keep an eye on our website for updates on the new services we introduce.

    Thanks,

    Jack

ok , just spoke to life , they cannot do internal PAC codes between their sims , they will cancel the new contract and return the £6

they will happily upgrade you over the phone , so a change from 500 mins @ £5 to 1500 mins @ £6
