    I bet the BPA (British parking !!!????? sweep it under the carpet as simple oversight on behalf of smart *arting
    PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:

    Your first, and most important letter should be to trading Standards, in writing. stating that you believe that this is an attempt to to obtain monies by deception, copied to the Police, Asda HQ, local papers, M.P., etc.

    Also, write a separate letter to the BPA asking them to sanction the PPC as such a letter is a gross breach of not only their COP, but also the law. Ensure that the BPA are aware to whom you are also complaining. Make a big thing of this, cause the PPC as much grief as you can, cost them money..
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
