Virgin Broadban- Dont waste your money

They cut you off.

They don't tell for two weeks, when you think it is your router.

They then blame you for cutting you off.

They don't listen to you, you can not get on line if the DSL is not on. And I am no expert.

They blame BT and calm there is no problem on the line.

And this goes on for two months. They don't take responsibility but are happy to take your money and provide no service.

Please spend you money else where, not on Virgin broadband.

RANT OVER. :mad:

PS If anyone can recommend a good ISP, I'm listening.

    Obviously you are p*ssed of, but my Virgin adsl set up in January this year, and I am a broadband newbie BTW, went without a hitch.

    The modem arrived in a day or so, with the filters, I just plugged them in and that was it, all worked, absolutely no problems at all

    The DD has been taken on time, no billing problems and I have never had any need to contact any help deask as it has worked without hitch
    Eight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens
