Help three asking for payment for returned mobile

Hi I returned a mobile phone to three within the 7 days period sent , and never used by Royal Mail special delivery , I have checked that using the tracking information that it was received and signed for by three ,I did ring them a few days after posting as I had got a letter saying I owe £617 , three told me it was for the phone as it hadn't been returned , I gave them the tracking details , now today I have had a letter stating that I owe £617 , I assume they haven't found the returned phone , any idea what I can do about this as last time I was on the phone for 1hour they haven't got great customer service

I guess you forward them the proof of delivery for starters.

Do not send them any physical evidence, only copies.


Call Ofcom and report a complaint against 3, ask for your recorded complaint reference number and send ref in the subject title email to executive.office@three.co.uk

The third party customer services will be hopeless in such circumstances.
