#6 reporting a £500 overpayment made today. Husband surprised me today by saying that he still wants to overpay the mortgage even when we have the baby but perhaps not quite on the same scale as we are at the moment. I assume that we can do it, just need to get my head around not paying off as much as even small amounts are better than nothing.House purchased November 2013
Original MF Date: January 2045 - £104,400
Current MF Date: April 2030- £48,719. 750 -
Spreadsheet updated - sorry for the slow update, just been frantically busy here. Spectacular August, and not just because of newgirly's monumental OP, has been a strong month from everyone and ... we're now past the half-million
jodles16 - you reported £325.16 OP for August, but I already had you down as £343.56, have I made a mistake at some point?I think you found my wallet can I have it back please?I won't be making any o/p now my mortgage rate has dropped. I will instead be putting money into some savings accounts @5%.0 -
