    Hi

Nothing to report money wise unfortunately, but was told on the phone by a member of staff that the sant..... bank now allow smaller overpayments from the 1st April as long as they are after the direct debit payment date. It was minimum £500 prior to this

    Hope this helps

15 Miss Pinky checking in with this months target of £500 been paid! Made a £350 payment at the start of the month and then topped it up with the other £150 this morning. Rest of the month might be a bit tight but workable!

Spreadsheet updated, sorry for the lack of update last weekend - i'm afraid that life got in the way. I'm running the Brighton Marathon next weekend too, so I may well be busy pasta-munching rather than spreadsheet-updating - back to normal after that :D

Great to see so many great updates, I've been going through a bit of a financial low in the last few days as it all seems rather difficult at times, but this thread has picked my up again and I feel like I've got my MFW mojo back. £600 OP'd for me this month and hopefully a bit more to come. And (as I posted on MFiT-T4) this month marks ten years since we moved in, and also £100k paid off the original amount. And almost two thirds of that is in the last three years when we decided to really take mortgage OPs seriously - amazing what difference overpayments can make. So far we've taken six years off the mortgage, and on track now to finish late 2020 which would be eleven years early.

norfolkdream - many congratulations on becoming mortgage free, it's a great inspiration :)

SavvySaver007 - well done on your April OP, you've well and truly busted your target, do you want to increase it? :)

rasputin_thorpedo - added you in to the original post list, my apologies, I blame the staff ;)
