They have eight weeks to respond to the complaint.
They're not obliged to refund any of the premiums for the previous policies but you may find they give you £50 to £150 in go away money0 -

Absolutely - as I am sure you know, but suspect the OP does not, FOS can and does refuse to consider complaints which relate solely to the exercise of legitimate commercial judgement - including what premium to charge.
Only if the OP can demonstrate that it was not presented in a way that was clear, fair and not misleading is FOS likely to look at it.0
