So the devices that you have connected via WiFi are showing limited connectivity? What devices?0

I have a Toshiba laptop, windows 10 tablet, an Asus Android tablet as well these connect but wifi show limited and does not connect to www.

There may be a few issues.
Settings, as per above post.
The tariff may not allow tethering.
The battery life may run down very quickly with both 3g and wifi running flat out.
A cable connect!on might be worth considering if you'll use this quite a bit.
Some other devices will not connect to ad hoc wifi zones like another phone. For example I had JoikuSpot running on a Nokia phone and a friend's iPhone couldn't even see it let alone connect.0 -
You'll need to set a password for the hotspot on your phone and then enter that password on the device you're trying to connect with.
For example,if you go to wifi setting on your laptop you should see your phone as a hotspot and this is where you need to enter the aforementioned password you set up on your phone0
