IWOOT - No goods rcvd, no phone number, so I've posted the CEO a phone for Christmas

I wanted to share my experience with IWOOT (IWantOneOfThose.com) as I know that hundreds of others like me have not received items that were ordered 3-4 weeks ago, specifically Star Wars merchandise.
I ordered an item from the IWOOT website on 1st December, and it has still not arrived as of 22nd December. Customer services non-existent, no phone number, no way to speak to a human. I've even been blocked by their "help" Twitter account. There are hundreds with the same issue trying to get some kind of customer service on Twitter and not getting anywhere.
As they don't have a telephone number, I've posted the CEO a telephone as a Christmas present along with over 40 pages of printed out tweets of unresolved customer complaints, hoping he'll be able to respond to all their customers.

Not meaning to be rude but what was so good about a website that you had never used and had no means of contacting if anything went wrong?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

They were one of only a few retailers offering an officially licensed product that I wanted.
I had used them before years ago, they are a big name in online retail. I didn't realise when ordering that their customer service would be this bad. Not using them again that's for sure!0 -
Not surprising to see 1 star reviews flooding into Trustpilot!0

I ordered a Star Wars BB-8 for my brother's 40th birthday. It got lost in the post, and therefore never arrived.
I've been going round in circles with the customer service team now for 2.5 months waiting for a refund. They say they are investigating and will get back to me in 48 hours. No - I end up contacting them after 5 days asking for an update. There is no information coming from them, no refund, no compensation.
It is honestly the worst web-based customer service I've ever had in my life, and it's to the point now where I'm on all the popular forums warning people about them because I'm just so angry.0
