came with my clubcard statement last week, a £5.00 voucher valid until 31/08/09 showing as from Tesco Personal Finance.

My mum got hers the week before too, exactly the same.

oh i think i might email them then as i am expecting had have not got the £5 one the £2 one and some for taking out European brakedown

i just phoned them and they said that not very many have gone through on this statement and that most will be issued to the November statement thats for both the car and the health insurance quotes.

Mine wasn't credited in the August statement either and was told I'd get them november, just rung as I'm owed various points and it still not showing, rung tesco car insurance and she said to check my statement when it comes as there is still time for it to show but if not them to ring back and they will sort me out with a £10 gift card.
If your points don't show on your statement, I'd definately ring them and see what they offer you instead.

It's just that my online statement says that I currently have 521 points and would therefore receive a £5 voucher in my November statement. This does not include the 500 points though as no way have I only collected 21 regular points in the last 3 months. Are they saying they might still add them in time for the November statement or do I have to phone them and complain?

Hm. I did phone up and complain. I was told that without completing a quote there is no way the points could have been created in the system and added to the clubcard and he did not know why we were told that the points would be added even no quote could be given (due to current policy still valid for more than 30 days). They just wrangle themselves out of every situation!
