tesco insurance points - any been credited?

I phoned up for a car insurance quote to get my 500 points, and was told I'd be given the points anyway, as I wasn't really interested in the insurance.
My clubcard statement has just arrived, and there's no sign of them. Just wondered whether others had had a problem, before I start arguing with tesco?

Think some people have had them (I did) some havent yet although I think it did say on the leaflet that they would be credited for next statement...(Oct)Bit of a Florida Fan :j

No I didn't get mine and neither did OH. I assume it missed the cut-off for this mailing. They probably know exact dates over on PTS (https://www.paidtoshop.co.uk)3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

I got mine when I took out the roadside cover back in Jan! It took a few months for it to show up on my till reciept, and then it showed as TFS 500.0

got mine took 4 months, 2 phone calls, 1 to car recovery and one to Tesco, plus letter to customer services to give them a nudge

i find with tesco 'extra' points you often have to nag them!!

they done this sevreal time to me often for weeks but keep at it i have always got mine in the end and sometimes extra0 -
