Unfortunately not dolly, it's a spice mix with oil in, I looked at it and guessed there was a table spoon or two of oil but from the calories there must be about 5!

Yesterday was nsd 1 for me. Didn't leave my house, watched films from Christmas n are good from stores.
Today I am aiming for a nsd too as I have food shopping from before new year. Checked all accounts n got my to do list done. Need to sit down with my diary n book in some free friend meet ups.
I am aiming for 21 nsd. Got an extremely busy year coming up n want to ensure I budget right n end the year debt free.Mortgage free wannabee 2022 #820 -
Morning.
Still full of cold in our house so not ventured far yet.
Bought a coat in the sale today online. I had been waiting for the sale price to drop and spotted an extra 10% off last weeks price plus 6% with quidco. Very pleased. I had budgeted for it but not a NSD. Plus we need milk later from the tesco express.
Registered for my noddle report today and also got the alerts free for a year as I am a talk talk customer (following the cyber attack). Report is pretty good and tells me what I owe on my mortgage too which I was wondering about. All good. Thanks for the idea.
Hope to list a few more bits on ebay later. I am trying to clear some of my Avon stock. I tend to buy things on offer but then don't use or sell them and they pile up. One of my resolutions is to stop doing it! I won't make much/any profit and in some cases may make a loss but at least it isn't just sitting in the cupboard. Used some of my sale money towards my coat by paying with paypal.
Anyone else doing dry january? Managed day 1 and feeling positive.'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain'0 -
I've spent money today. I spent £2.95 on bike lubricant - much cheaper than replacing chains and expensive parts. I also spent 50p on a sealed pot which we will open on NYE this year. A quick trip into Sainsburys left us £9.10 lighter:eek:.
Me and DH spent £17 each of money we received at Christmas, we both bought a new pair of thermal cycling tights, we cycle all year round and these were originally £35 per pair. I have paid the cash into the bank already to cover the debit card payment.
We are about to nip to the library and then I think we will watch a film with the kids. Tea tonight is tuna melt - very quick and simple.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Hello All
X Spender - well done on your big selling push. I hope your ebay items sell soon. And hope you and your son feel better soon too.
Clippy_girl - well done on your free cinema ticket. I'm in the same boat re NSD as I will have to buy toothpaste and butter tommorow as we will just scrape by today. It is all about planning and stock control isn't it.
Purple Jay of course. Welcome. You are NST January 36. Also good luck with your healthy objectives. Dry January will probably help you in all sorts of ways.
TOG congratulations on your first NSD..happy new year. Sounds a really wonderful night with your friends too.
Apple - there is something wonderful about a frost isn't there.
Fmess possibly showing my ignorance but that sounds extremely high for a spice mix. Herbs don't tend to have calories so I wonder what was in it to generate such a high calorie count? Well done on your first NSD too.
Helga -congratulations to you on your first NSD..maybe delete any online short cuts that have your card details stored to keep on the wagon? Airing incident sounds a bit painful. Go steady.
Eager Elephant - try noddle it's free to use and check your file.
Welshkitty good work getting your free things tick so soon.
Chocolate - sounds like you had a good new years eve.
Justforme Thanks for sharing your objectives. Sounds like you've had to work really hard lately. I hope the meal out will be a nice chance to relax with your husband. Time together is so important isn't it.
MissTara - well done on your NSD and getting to the gym too.
Themarsbargirl well done on your NSD off to to a good start there.
Jeanangeo - well done on an NSD. I suppose ebaying stuff is usually clothing or dvds that kind of item. You are right that the survey sites don't pay a great deal but it is something small that adds up over time eventually. But if you are going to attempt it as a side hustle it's better to be something you don't mind doing. Have you registered for any of the shopping apps? That's an easy way of getting a few £ a month.
Dawn - that's half the battle isn't it working out your triggers to purchasing. Sounds like you know what to keep an eye on.
Jellie - no not too late at all. Have added you to the contender list.
CCL - I hope you both get that night out soon. Having a low cost evening that isn't alcohol related is not as easy as you first think is it. Hope something comes to you.
X Raphael - welcome aboard. Have signed you up.
Dizzyblnd- well done on all your NSDs. Doing well there.
Dolly - well done on great cycling bargains there." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Hi everyone!
Weekly shop done today. Stocked up on essentials such as loo roll and toothpaste as well as cupboard staples like rice and pasta. Have done a rough meal plan for most of the month and shouldn't need to buy much over the next few weeks apart from fresh items like milk, bread and veg. Spent £45.04 from my £175 budget.
Christmas decorations have been packed away and the house is beginning to return to normality. Still need to have a big clear out and get some items listed for sale. May make a start this evening.0
