Hello Westie and everyone else who has joined :D Thank you so much for running and taking part in this thread.

I join my VSP and my SPC pot together so i hope this is OK?

Also, I have wrote/written (first monday back, sorry) numbers 1 to 52 on little bits of paper. These are in a jar and every Friday I pull out a number and pot that amount. This means I should have at least £1,378 by the end of the year. If you want to set me a target I guess that will be the figure as any amount over that will be a bonus.

I have £200 from doing that plus 31p interest :)

What are the rules for this form submission? does it matter if we submit more than once a week? do you only want them monthly, i read the first page but it isn't clear.

    Ruth

    Hi Ruth,

You are welcome to add the two VSP, and SPC together.

you may be better off with the 52 week card deck challenge which sounds like what you are doing currently, obviously you are welcome to stay in this challenge if you want to do both, or find this one moves quicker as it looks like it hasnt been updated since the end of last year.

With the update form, you can either send it to me when you add to the pot, each week whatever day you do your transfers, I will endeavour to keep this updated, or you can send me a monthly update at the end of the month.

All I would ask is that the form is used which ever way, so this means I dont miss any updates as I can check them off the update sheet as I update the spreadsheet, as some of these challenges can move very quickly in pages and posts, and I would hate to miss an update.

In relation to the target this is just so I can see what the % of amount saved over the year in comparison to the total target pledged this year.

I will re read the first post to see if I can make it a little more clearer.

Welcome to the challenge Kim_13 I have given you #27

Please have a read of the first page, some information on how the challenge works, including the links for the update form and spreadsheet.

Do you have a target in mind? always good to have a goal, and can always been amended if needed over the year.

Thanks for replying :) I'll probably try and submit each time I post otherwise I'll forget how much I've added and I'll only have my total :) I think I saw the challenge you mentioned, that's probably where I got the idea from. I'd rather stay here though if you'll have me :) I'll be adding other amounts too when I can, mostly on 4 week months. i just like knowing that if I do this I'll definitely have a certain amount saved and it makes it more fun that just saving £100 each month :)

    Ruth

Edit: that is where I got the idea from. I commented on the thread lol. Ah well. My little notes are easier for me to work out than a deck of cards. Also, the lady that opened that thread no longer uses that account so I doubt it'll get updated ever.

    Hi Ruth,

you can update as many times as you want but please just tell me your weekly transfer amount and not your total so far as the spreadsheet will add this up.

You can certainly stay here with us, Im happy to accommodate, good luck with the challenge..
