£111.28 has been added to my VSP. :j Being ill for the last fortnight has helped me to spend very little, leaving the majority of my bank balance untouched so I suppose there's a silver lining to not being able to leave my bed :rotfl:

Early this month I took out a new phone contract on behalf of a family member and EE wanted a deposit of £100. I took this out of my VSP but am not counting it as a withdrawal as it cannot be spent and will be returned to me in 3-6 months; is this right or should I deduct £100 from my total and recredit it once the money is returned?

Yay well done you, I have added to the spreadsheet, and updated.

Its up to you if you want me to reduce your total for June and when you have it returned add it to that month, or can just leave it as if you hadn't have saved it, it wouldn't have been there to use.

What do you think, you want to do?

    Sorry to hear this DreamerHelen,

I want to say lets leave you on the challenge, as you just don't know what may happen in months to come, and after all anything you can save even if it's shrapnel its still saving, and there is no total to work towards unless you want it, so if we end in November with 1p, that 1p more then you started the challenge with...

    What do you think?

I will keep the £100 "saved" as while I am not earning interest on it, it hasn't been "spent" unlike for example my car... so please keep the June declaration at £111.28 and I will not declare the £100 when it is returned to me hopefully sooner than later :)

£10.58 total for the month. I think anyway, my VSP account is not the most user friendly in terms of showing a complete transaction history. Total to date £77.37.

Will send in the form in a minute.
