It means that the trader won't be (or at least, may not be) aware that you're coming back for a second look. If you're coming back for a second look you've probably decided that you're going to buy - so there's no harm (to the trader) in showing you a slightly higher price than they showed you last time.Can you explain what difference that would make?0 -
