the pager should (and is) accessible on any win 7 / 8 machine, and gives the option of upgrading , or if you scroll down the ability to burn the ISO to a PENDRIVE.


it is very possible that the page is not viewable on a non SP1 machine running ie8 , I have not got a non upgraded machine to hand to check this ,


the other possibility (just pointed out to me) is that win 10 requires SP1 to be installed , and IE8 is upgraded on the instillation of SP1

I tried a VM with Win 7 and IE11 and yes it does display on that so there is the probable reason londonTiger couldn't access it. Mystery solved.
