Uk parking limited. Second on that ipc list. I've done a company check and the director is a plumber. There are a few similar names out there but it's definitely uk parking limited.

The more I look into this, the messier it seems to get? Moved from bpa in sept to ipc. Is it true that the bpa recently stated that 10 min grace period must be applied to keep in line with council car parks? Or are my sources wrong?

    A plumber ? are you sure:rotfl:

  • They issued a windscreen ticket November 2014. The next thing that I received from them was a ntk in April 2015.

Bpa said that uk parking can take this to court as its passed the 28 days after receiving ticket on windscreen?!

The April 2015 letter for £160 is unlikely to be a NTK. It most likely to have been from UCS who are debt collectors.

please PM salmosalaris , I think he knows something

can this mob afford to go to court , hell could they afford "muppet and sons" (gladstones) or is this a final act to raise there monthly fees to pay muppets and Co?

they can easily be challenged , and even ridiculed if they turn up in court ,

Have you clicked on salmosalaris' username and sent him a pm? He'll assist, he's genuine. You must acknowledge the claim within 14 days and have your defence ready to follow on after that, by day 28 from service.

    Oo this could be fun
    Send me a pm

@edthehead - have you taken up salmosalaris' offer to PM him? He is a highly trusted regular contributor both here and on PePiPoo and specialises with advice on the legal side of things that few other regulars can provide in such depth.

It's a great offer from him to get involved. Do not spurn the opportunity.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Ok thanks guys! Emailed Salmosalaris all the bits. I'll keep everyone in the loop about the outcome.

Really quite excited and scared at the same time!

One quick thing - The claim form date is 26th November. I made the acknowledgment on the 30th November. How long does that give me to file a defence?
