Thinking of setting up a fixed rate savings account account with them but not heard of them before.Just need to know if they are ok.

I have had 2 fixed rate savings accounts with them and have had no problems.
They are covered by FSCS so no worries there , their correspondence address and telephone contact is in Newcastle.0 -
For some reason I thought they were based abroad.Have now applied,they have good rates.0

Is a multi-national Nigerian bank and the largest bank in Nigeria
Its being going in the UK as FBN Bank with savings products under the Firstsave brand since the early 2000's as I recall.
Their online portal is run by a subsidiary of the Newcastle building society who offer such a service to be run by them on behalf of others.0
