N180 Form For Two People

I am making a claim and sent my forms off in the post as it is a joint claim. The airline are defending the case and I need to complete the next lot of forms. As the case is in joint names I have had two separate letters for each party: do I need to complete them both for each party name or just one and put in both names at the top of the form?

Presume your N180's have been sent from your local court and you are undertaking the claim via MCOL and not N1. Therefore I would complete both N180's but ensure they are returned together with the lead claimant identified by a covering compliment slip or similar.
What you want to ensure is that the claim is dealt with as a joint one therefore point out in any covering correspondence that this is the case ..... other than names/signatures ensure one form reflects the other eg if one party requests mediation make sure the other one does as well!0
