I'm very tolerant when it comes to issues such as no shows etc, it's not worth getting your knickers in a twist over.
I read plenty on here regarding the same problems people have with couriers etc but would just like to add a little perspective.
We have had 2 regular Hermes couriers over the last few years(I order a lot on line)..The first one dropped dead of a heart attack on the job....
The second is a lovely woman who I have just discovered over the last few days lost her 11 year old daughter in a RTA 2 weeks ago... Both unseen tragic incidents that have impacted on delivery times...Obviously as customers you don't know the reasons for delays but don't always assume it's due to incompetence, it's real life in which real life happens.
I'm just so glad I'm so laid back and tolerant of others it leads to a pretty stress free life.0 -
Ironic that someone who claims to work for a union for professional drivers ( GMB Branch secretary ) has so little respect for the working man.0
