I had 2 power bars and received 2 vouchers, but on trying to use one of them it is not accepting the mobile number.

Now this number is for a Virgin phone but I got the power bar because at the time I was a BB customer with EE and the proccess was you sent a text to POWER and they sent a text back saying the phone is now registered here is the code and this text has cost 35p, but I am now told that the voucher will not be honoured because the phoine is not an EE phone.

Anyone else remember BB customers got these code and bars?
