Sort of what I expected. Brexit hasn't helped the market of overpriced but very visible projects. Perhaps they were due for a fall anyway. The fall in the £ has energised the next tier down of Asian investors who are more patient and looking for better value.
Hence why I said a number of posts ago "they won't be looking for poorly-positioned £700k shoeboxes in mega-developments"
By "poorly positioned" I didn't mean in London but the location in the building.0
