Hello again I just wanted to give a quick update to my topics, in regards to the ccj from Lowell I still haven't heard anything from them since they informed me that they will now use their solicitors.
If you remember I Lowell a cca request about a debt that I do not remember and had a letter back saying that they have passed the account back to provident and will close the account and will update my credit file within 60 days. Does this just mean that they can't get the cca? If they have passed it back to provident shall I cca them? Thanks for all your time guys I do hope your all well!!0 -

That could be the case yes, as Lowell would have to refer back to provident for the agreement anyway.
If you hear anymore about that one, you now have a defence that your CCA request was not complied with, and that account is now unenforcable until they do respond to you.

Ok thank you hopefully they will leave it now but I would be tempted to send provident a cca request? Also I might be cheeky and send Lowell a letter to refund my cca as they have failed. Thank you sourcrates.
