Hi all
I had a 4KW solar panel system fitted by Green Energy Nationwide in August last year, 2 of the panels have slipped and I cannot seem to get in contact with them, their website has gone the domain name is
available the email address takes you to the domain name site, the 0800 phone number no longer exists and the premium 0843 no I have called 4 times 3 times leaving a message which has not been replied to and the last call I stayed waiting for 1 hour and 6 minutes before I gave up. Has anybody had any luck in contacting this company.

Try contacting MCS(Microgeneration Certification Scheme)

The firm(or their sub-contractors) would have been MCS registered.
This is a growing problem as there have been several posts on MSE about contractors folding and moving on to more lucrative schemes.0 -
Thanks agentK and Cardew have posted on the green ethical board and tried MCS website will try phoning MCS tomorrow0
