Ordered EE £15.12 blackfriday deal, but account says £20.99
Wonder if anyone else who took advantage of this offer is having the same problem.
Took advantage of the black Friday £15.12 sim only deal, yet my account shows my plan as £20.99.
Customer services advise that there's a 20% discount on this, but that makes it £16.79 by my maths.
My final Tmobile bill has come out today, and this also becomes more than the new plan I took out should be.
Initially I had problems getting my order fulfilled as EE claimed this was only for new contracts and not upgrades between Tmobile/Orange and EE but I successfully argued that this wasn't in the offer details, and that the twitter support advised I could take the offer as an upgrade to move to EE/4G contract. So there will be a recording where EE staff confirmed and honoured the offer (otherwise I would have cancelled) and confirmed my payments would be £15.12/month.
