When are people going to open their pots?

Ah, I thought there was an "official" opening date, I'm probably confused with the ' Sealed Pot Challenge' though :) I'll do mine at the end of November, I think. :D

I don't think I have officially joined this thread but I have been saving £2 coins since March when I found out I was pregnant! I managed to bank 1 £2 yesterday and another 2 £2 today! :) I'm not sure of my total as my OH as been putting in the odd few so it will be a surprise! :)

Is it not better to give it to your kids this £2 coin for pocket money ??

I imagine even a kid will not be happy to get £2 pocket money ...

I've been saving them in a terimundi pot since I found out I was pregnant, they money will be banked and put towards things baby needs.

    Welcome Katy_ann.
I hope that your pot is feeling heavy so that you can buy all the much needed things for the baby and hopefully one or two little luxuries for the baby and yourself.
I am not going to give you a number as it is getting close to the end of the year.

Thanks for your opinion, I think everyone here is saving coins for their own reason and this is mine, the money will be helpful to me and my family for purchasing things such as clothes and nappies as and when needed.
