I'm in such a mess and I don't know what to do. I was a loyal vodafone customer for 7 years, suddenly in august this yesr , I was unable to use the network at all for callsand texts, both making and receiving.
2 months later, my health was deteriorating, I was waiting for a surgery dade and I had to change networks as vodafone had said it was a fault their end that they were permanently unable to fix. They promised as it was their fault, I would not have to pay an early get out clause.. they lied!! I got letters, I must've run g advisers and the complaints dept aver 10 times and ever ycall they said it was their mistake, I owed nothing, they would amend it, but they didn't . I ended up in hospital for emergency surgery mid november, when I got out they had passed it to the debt collectors and the money was increasing weekly. I made contact with them, who were intimidating and the letters kept coming. Last time I sp[oke to vodafone was today, they still maintain my balanxe is 0 becaause I never did owe them anything, but that it was no longer anything to do with them as they had sold it to the debt collectors.. what do I do? I'm fighting a serious post op complication infaction, I'm supposed to be resting, but this is really stressing me out. I shouldn't have to pay it, but I imagine my credit rating has now plumetted, and the debt goes up weekly.. vodafone are criminals! Trying to write complaints is so hard with a high fever, I'm trying to fight this without going backinto hospital fror a 3rd time, I'm so addled , I need some adivce.. I know I messed up, I should've kept records, names etc and should probably have written to them instead of call them, but I was, seriously ill.

You should WRITE to vodaphone complaints informing them their debt collector is causing you harassment, they agree you do not owe money and saying there is nothing they can do is rubbish, the law states they are responsible directly for the actions of their agentsI do Contracts, all day every day.0

Forget the complaints department or calling - you should have learnt that much by now.
Send an email to:-
eforum.web@help.vodafone.co.uk
with the heading "WRT135 - MSE", then put the reference number you get back on here. The Web Relations Team will then call you in a day or two. All else will simply make you more ill and escalate the problems.0 -

thank you.. I did reply.. Vodafone finally cancelled the debt, but I had already posted a written complaint to the complaints dept.. I still want to follow this through for all the stress vodafone caused me whilst I've been seriously ill..Does anyone ever get compensation for the stress caused, and the amount of calls made to advisors (54 in total)?thanks again for your helpMany thanks to all who contribute on MSE0
