    So just finished work:j asda is shut so can't go glitch shopping :eek: all 3 days the glitches have been on I've be at work so total shops 0:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: at least I've not wasted my time getting crisps I don't need :rotfl::rotfl:

    No-one ever needs crisps. Don't argue with me on that anyone - they are not an essential to life and, probably, do more harm than good. Even though they are very nice! The "harm" they do isn't usually that great though:rotfl: (these things are all relative). But it is nice - now I have nearly ran out of some earlier, cheap crisps to be able to get some more to last us the next three months:rotfl:. Cue another glitch please around March time - that will be very helpful:T:T. I did need to spend some APGs. The last few days of glitches have been very helpful in that regard.

    You know what will now happen - there will now be some glitches on things I actually do need, when I am "stuck" at Morrisons all day (though "stuck" there voluntarily) and don't get to find out about them until very late in the day.

    Changed slightly so as not to offend the children ;)

    You've made it even worse now!:rotfl::rotfl:

    Don't go not offending children:mad::mad::rotfl:.

    (Actually, it's the accompanying adults' sensibilities that are being protected not the children who either wouldn't be bothered or won't know anything about anything. But I've had things that have been, supposedly, "softened" for some children (children who are older but not that old presumably - i.e. 12-14 years old) but have then come across more severely to me. In fact I was watching such a film (12-rated film) with my family - I think it was actually edited because it was supposed to make it suitable for 12 year olds - unedited would have been for 15 year olds and over - unfortunately it did cause me a physical reaction of extreme discomfort. It came across more severely to me and very much annoyed me. It's 12 rated material and PG that I have the problems with and not 18.)

    Hi all, took my xmas decs down about 3 days after xmas but had them up for weeks so want to dechristmas, kids have teacher training tomoz, so have 1 days holiday left. The weather is meant to be raining.
    I have my 1st official appointment for camhs for Ds1 this week.
    he is struggling with school at the minute and on 1/2 days It was that or send him to a unit that is about 45mins each day. He seems to be coping better with 1/2 days and been more productive at school. This is to be reviewed when we go back this week.

    Actually, saying that, there was one particularly graphic 18 film that I happened to see (yet again someone else in the house put it on - but to be fair I probably would have watched it myself) that they were chopping off their heads and everything - wouldn't want to see that one again. But it didn't make me so uncomfortable then angered as the 12 film did:huh:. No, I know, illogical!

    Evening

    That's good news D. Make the most of Camhs I've had some great help from them in the past. You sometimes have to re-iterate what it is exactly that you need but don't be afraid to ask. In my case......this is a few years back....one of the psychologists used to take DS2 off and work on ways he could communicate how he was feeling to us and his teachers and another psychologist talked to me about what I needed. it was all new to me at the time.
    I found them very accommodating and if you tell them what you need it helps them to understand and provide a better service for others too. Glad you are getting some help. Also don't be afraid to name drop Chams if you are looking for help with the LEA, they are well thought of.

    Help at school is a fight but if you know what to ask for you can usually get it ;) do PM if you need assistance
