I don't think I'll ever bother with anything again until the last possible moment after an event!:T
Still. Not available in my store - they seem to think that prices of £2 on Christmas crackers, at this stage, are still acceptable:(*. I shall not be buying them! In fact I don't think there are many RTCs at all in my store (as you know, there never are).
*Although that does not bother me, unlike, bizarrely perhaps, the "song", played in that situation, does - or rather one tiny mere element in it. Then again, it's not a "mere" element, as it means something. Or I give it meaning. Anyway...
I say "bizarrely" as it's not logical or rational (or maybe it is, if that's what it means) but about how something affects someone (or does not).
Anyway, I'll move on as my post here may be affecting some people, by making them bored or whatever:rotfl::rotfl:.
And how I can write a "footnote" that's now longer than the rest of the post(:rotfl:). It's just inconsiderate of me, really, though isn't it? - putting an asterisk for a footnote part way through a post and then requiring people to return and read the rest of the post, after the asterisk, later - or else have to read the post twice. It's just the way that I am. Sorry for my inconsiderateness, which isn't intentional (but then neither are a lot of things that bother me or, even, cause to me to feel anything at all that isn't entirely neutral and which isn't a good feeling, so the 'excuse' that it wasn't intentional falls down flat as well).0 -
Have you had them scanned as cheese was not marked rtc in my store but another local elite lady asked and all was reduced:DSavvybuyer wrote: »I don't think I'll ever bother with anything again until the last possible moment after an event!:T

I was overcharged 2 weeks ago, asked if they still gave the overcharge gift cards, was told no, h/o policy had changed, she paused then gave me 2 smiley faces, these were a new one to me!!!
Worth 50p each, this was in an ex netto, not one of my locals!!
smileys are something that can be given out at staff discretion.
examples are...they don't have 1pint milk cartons so you have to buy 2 pints and get a smiley to reduce the cost.
Or Something is £1.50 each/2 for £2 but they only have one in stock so you get a smiley to effectively give you the multibuy price on a single unit
£2 giftcards are still to be given out for overchargesApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
