afternoon folks, really need to get my glitching mojo back ....happy new years eve to you all and hope next year we all get what we want, everyone is different and for me it will be financial security if I could

I still have some cheese mocs for T, does anyone know the cheapest way of using them as I want mature cheddar really but also have a few yoghurt mocs to use at the same time and a little anchor one that I have been saving (very frugal this year )...much love and hope to contribute more in future, W xxxxxxx0 -
Afternoon tweets,
DD1 GF bought us this for Xmas. Stylish, but not easy to use. The lid is difficult to get on and off and the water pours out the top AKA Ben Elton Ministry of Carp Design! It is also very unstable to lift when full. Dangerous. SA would not exchange as we had used it! This resulted in circular argument about how to test it without using it! Eventually, after 2 or 3 people tried to put the lid on without success, they agreed to exchange :rotfl: but, as the teapot was now in the sale at 30% off I had to pay £5.50 towards the exchange
Anyway, in other news......new job description in January. Be careful what you wish for
. DD sounds like she is having a good time after a worrying start. She keeps us updated by WhatsApp, which is why I was woken up at 4am
Our friends lost their lovely doggy a few weeks ago. We used to dog sit when they were away, so feel we have lost a good friend too
Your Mum sounds very similar to mine. Despite all my training and the skills I use every day at work, i could not help behaving like a sulky teenager every time we visited. I found her infuriating  Now I just feel guilty I did not put more effort into our relationship
So well done you. :A
Happy New Year!
Glad you insisted and got your exchange but don't see why you should have had to pay
I never worry about my son when he goes away. I did have a bit of panic when he went to USA with 4 other lads when he left uni . They had hired a car because 1 lad was old enough to drive over there . One day I received email from son they had crashed  email was all skee whiff hard to understand . Was told their hire car had dent in side and the other car they where trying to say car write off even though son said all it had was a scratch. Police involved and said they were going to prosecute. I had visions son being arrested.
They all arrived home expecting driver of car to get a summons from USA but nothing else was heard. Think he got his parents onto case.
Very hard when you lose a pet they part of the family
This will make you laugh. Mum rang earlier she was getting ready to catch bus down to Mr T . Bit my tongue again wondering why she gave me that meat moc the other day it was still in date til either 2nd or 3rd January :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: So she could have got her own meat and I wouldn't have lost 20p :cool:0 -

I will probably be in bed and already told myself when they start to pretend to be asleep and ignore Poppy. It doesn't matter what I try she will be frightened.
Not just pets some humans will be frightened too

Afternoon all, well that's my house sparkling from top to bottom, I feel that I have earned a glass or two tonight so wine is chilling as we speak

DS got paid today so he has gone to Aldi's to get himself some treats for tonight, and DD is coming over soon to spend the evening with us so I'm so grateful to have my whole family around me tonight.
I will have a toast to you all later on as I truly feel that I have gone through a lot with you all as although I don't post I read everything and have shared some tremendous stories that have made me chuckle and others that have made me cry.
Whatever you are doing tonight stay safe and enjoy xx0
