Yes we are fully functional again :j

but I've just done a download test and even though it feels like we are much zippier its still 2.22 mbh at best upload speed

There was a local newspaper article about bringing super fast broadband to the county featuring our local MP so I emailed him. He got a response from our local council. Apparently our exchange cabinet is outside of the scope for connecting Cheshire even though it is definitely inside the county and I have no idea what they mean by "scope" - later in January when I can get the fluffiness out of my head our MP will get another email asking him to explain this nonsense

It may speed up over the next few days, often takes a while to get going again. Of course it depends how far you are from the exchange too.

Ok -ish:rotfl: i mentioned yesterday i had a funny mouth and very sore, turns out its thrush:eek: so those tablets i have just finshed so now have some horrible tasting stuff for that:rotfl:
I have to go for a camera down my throat:o:eek: need to keep taking other tablets
That weird about tumble, water has to go somewhere:eek:

Oh bless you, thats all horrid. I thought I had thrush in my mouth when I was in hospital, but fortunately it was just all furry because I was so dehydrated (was when I couldn't eat and drink). They started fluids up via drip and it disappeared.

I don't envy you the camera down the throat thing, you've definitely got my sympathies there.

    Congrats MHOC! :)

Your eldest future FIL seems like a braggart to me!

For a tightwad to only have 1 x his salary for his retirement he's not very good at it!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I doubt he has got as much as he wants them to believe.

    have you met him?

very true and actually I think a good portion of this retirement money he is supposed to have saved for his retirement is actually his half of his mums estate so its not actually real saved money

Its very much outward show and materials things with them.

I know the car has finance on it and its not the bog standard reps car either.

I just get a really bad feeling about the in laws - eldest child gets on fine but she is very gregarious and gets on well with everyone.

no we have not met the in laws yet - but that is another very long winded story ...
