I picked up my B00ts order 2 days early today (ie an order placed on 24/12 to earn glitch points)
The glitch points are showing on my paperwork and on my online order history page but my points balance hasn't updated yet. It says it was last updated on 24/12.
I wonder if/when that will change :think:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
Was a good glitch but strange how it worked differently for everyone. I placed 2 orders but only 1 lot of glitchy points were added.
I spent them straight away over 2 orders, 1 of which I have received & other has been despatched. I have also received 2 X 2500 & 1 X 1000 goodwill points that I still have showing along will 4000 I had before the glitch. Still not collected the orders that generated points, will be inserting to see if 2nd lot of points appear once collected. Hope lots of others also
Receive orders as would be a great start to the year ahead of us all :beer::beer:0 -

i had 2 phone calls with them this morning to get my points back(really think they are clueless)he said it can be upto 5 days after a order is collected in store before the points go onto the account.0 -
Plug-ins still working today.
One Boots order with glitchy points collected today and 2 others despatched to a different store to be collected 31/12 fingers crossed x0 -
I've just checked my boots account and I have a 600 points goodwill gesture which was nice of them ... providing I still get the 1000 points due for ordering 4 items it's less than £2.50 per item. It's not free but some you win some you don't
ETA as a side note, the last lot of premium stuff I ordered was cancelled off of the order and refunded but the points have stayed on(also ordered some other bits on it so don't know if that made a difference)

Customer Care Add - Good will gesture 562.
I made 3 orders for CC on 4/1, all dispatched, no dispatch emails for any and no glitchy points added that I have seen. I did get the text about the points being wrong so time will tell.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -

Afternoon all.
Hope everyone is having a fab day.
I've just come back from maccy D's with my boys. Half way home the biggest stink declares he needs the toilet. We had to run all the way home (me pushing a buggy) with him yelling out "I need a poo, I need a poo!"
The shame :eek::rotfl:
