I know it's easy after the event, but thinking back, maybe the B00ts trick would have been to register a new account to collect and spend the glitchy points. I may have done that if I had thought about it at the time.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. It should at least be interesting. If it goes wrong again outside of guarantee within a reasonable time I will be getting my money back, one way or another ........................What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

What about the advantage card to match it? Might not have been quite that simple unfortunately. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Good morning!
Fascinating to see sun out on one side of the building and a full-ish moon out on the other, although I'm told it's relatively common.
No rain today. Now that will be a novelty in itself.

Night all.
Do you have a tablet ? Try downloading it on that. By doing that you could a) run the app on the tablet and b) it would then be on your Play account so it may then allow you to re-dowload to your phone.
What phone do you have, as you might be able to easily unlock it ?0 -

I do have a tablet, tried that, still won't let me do it.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, but fairly sure unlocking it voids the warranty? Two years warranty is worth a fair bit. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Same here, but this is normal procedure isn't it?
I'm hoping that 'normal' does the trick and remains under the radar...
