DS2 meant to be coming home from Leeds this evening. I am a bit concerned whether he will be able to get to the station and whether the trains will run.

At the moment trains are running and they are not relaxing advance ticket restrictions.

    Hi bubbs
Been thinking about you with all this rain. The pictures online showing the devastation up north are just horrendous. :(

I had a lovely lie in this morning (no wet bed, hooray!). Woke up around 8, had a little surf on the ipad, decided I was still tired and fell back to sleep until gone 11. Was lovely. :)

I need to get showered and dressed. I have something to take back to Tesco and Asda, but not sure I can actually be bothered today. We'll see!

Same here, but this is normal procedure isn't it?

I'm hoping that 'normal' does the trick and remains under the radar...

    xx

    :)

Off to my DSs today for Christmas dinner, I prepped all the veg here last night (vegetable hamper bingo prize) & they collected on way back from Parents.
Mum has rang, to say they are having trouble with a 'bully' nurse who is insisting Dad is incontinent :(:(:(
My sister over heard yesterday & confronted her, which has escalated to a senior nurse speaking with Mum.
My Dad knows when he needs a wee, but needs time to prepare as he has to use his left hand (being right handed) but when he calls for a nurse, they don't come or ignore him & he ends up wetting himself :(:(:(

    We need him home :)

Oh Snap How degrading for him Hope things improve x

Nope, am stuck in until courier comes as need to return my Christmas present from kids (Disney Vans, too small sadly, hopefully Asos will swap for next size up).

Am just being a lazy bum! :D
