Also got similar vouchers to use up. Was hoping to wait until post Xmas reductions but have had the reminders from Orchard.

I wondered about this but as they are frozen things I don't think they will reduce until early January - that is if there is much stock left by then.

I wondered about waiting but there will be only us home until at least February so things are more likely to be eaten if I get them prior to Christmas

Tell him you will refund on return, if you dont refund he will open a case anyway, but i agree its:mad::mad:

Yes, get the buyer to return the item before you do a refund

I know you are not supposed to say these things but I wonder if the buyer has store it for a month and now fetched it our for wrapping and damaged it in storage - your ebay photos will prove it was not damaged before you sent it off.

I had this once. I sold a canoe for youngest son and the chap came to collect it and I made sure he was happy before he put it in his van, made him sign the receipt and took photos of his van and him putting it in so there could be no come backs.
A month later he left feedback to say he was disappointed as it was supposed to be a Christmas present and there were scratches on the bottom - well he inspected it before taking it away and he was satisfied then and in the response to the feedback I put this - buyer inspected and satisfied on condition on collection. Etc
Canoes always have scratched bottoms, its inevitable ...

This could also get you towards a conditional spend value and stack with a T BG as own brands would not mess up the comparison? Though did someone say it is post TBG that counts towards the conditional spend value now instore? That being the case, a T Giftcard would not attract points but would count to the conditional spend limit from memory.

    Anon

Anon, thank you very much for this. I wombled a conditional spend which is something like £13 wys £90 or something crazy. But if I can buy a T giftcard to top it up, then that would be great. Does anyone know if this works please? Thank you!

Yes, it is post BG that counts for the conditional spend.

    Good afternoon everyone.
Just wondered if anyone in the NE had spotted the elusive Tesco magazines lately please?

I think they were in and out of Durham in the same day:o

I picked up only a handful as I was heading back that evening. Got there to find none left. I think DM had taken them all:o

  • Does anyone know m&s' policy on overcharges?
I bought some whoopsied beansprouts, reduced from 60p to 20p and got charged the full price.
Won't bother complaining for the 40p, but will if they have a policy like Asda.
    Thanks in advance
