In Tesco they had clothes in the sale that weren't going through at the right price

Sadly my SA was on top of it but others probably wouldn't be so...

Submitted a receipt to cos 3 days and its still showing just as receipt received. Wish it would hurry up and changed to confirm

Ohs Shopotize receipt from 3 days ago is still showing as under review - is this a new thing? Annoying if it is as I don't put things in cupboards until they get to the confirmed stage.

My receipt that Shopotize had issues with I sent via email and I had it confirmed next day - so if you make a mess of your uploading and have to email them with pics then you get your money sooner or so it seems :(

Someone the other day gave a heads up for Sainsburys Tu clothing online but it also seems to be an unoffial 50% off sale on some items in store.

I got the Gok black and white and sparkly tweed pinafore which is a weird size. It says its short but it's below the knee and I had to go a size up - the size below had a broken zip, fortunately I noticed as I went through the till

Also tried on the turquoise blue coat I spotted back in November but decided against it. Instead of buttons it has 2 giant press studs - most peculiar

  • Well done QoC on the win - that's great news!

Tweets, it is feet up time for you! Enjoy having full days with Poppy.

I've been to clean DD's place (yes, she does know how lucky she is...) so that when she finishes work today for the hols, she's off to a good start and can spend time with the kids.

Called in at HB on the way home, nothing exciting but spotted some raspberry cidre at 5.99 for an 8-pack, a good deal for anyone who tried them for free and now want more.

    xx

  • I wore contacts for years, hard, soft, gas permeable, monthlies, dailies the lot. They really arent that good for your eyes IMHO

I don't think they are, tbh.

I'd been wearing them for years. All routine eye checks showed I was fine, but a couple of weeks after one particular check-up, I just had a nagging feeling something wasn't right, so I went back and insisted they rechecked and it turned out my eyes were showing signs of oxygen starvation. Had to come off them there and then, and have never worn them since.

Don't want to scare-monger but lens-wearers need to be very careful.
