Can I ask a technical question ?
I called into work yesterday and was greeted by a slightly hysterical member of staff rushing out of the office saying isn't that spooky I've just gone on eBay and look and she points to the screen with all of DH details on the screen!!! What's spooky about you being logged in to my eBay account is what I wish I had said but didn't. It then occurred to me that a while back when I called in I went on to use fb for the business and when I googled Facebook and it came up it was logged in to my account. May I also add that this was not my computer but the hysterical staff members although I have used it at times but I don't think I have ever clicked the keep me logged in button.
Anyway I have now changed my passwords for both but my question is will she still be logged in on my account until I am logged out? Or will I automatically be logged out now I've changed my passwords?
I hasten to add I haven't worked there since june0 -

I changed my Google password once and it gave me the choice to log out of other devices, I said not and was still logged in on another device and it was still usable!!
Did it give you the choice to log out of other devices?
I don't know for sure but I would make sure I logged out for a while whilst I was not using it just to make sure. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

if you're not then trot on
we had an appointment with a specialist probate solicitor this week. We are in a mess because I have lasting POA of OH affairs....at his request. that leaves him belly up if I expire prematurely which is a distinct possibility
We also had the heartbreaking task of putting belt and braces on our plans for DS2 without them being too much of a burden on our other kids. lots of tears but it had to be done.
this has caused me so many sleepless nights. I was going to be the old woman with her not quite right son in tow forever.....until I got old and died. I had a plan to teach him to look after himself. I'm not going to get there and I'm scrabbling around thinking no one else is good enough....but they are:o they all have his back and I'm worrying too much for nothing
some very hard decisions to be made there that must have caused endless sleepless nights trying to make the best decisions for everyone. I would not even know where to start
so you have had to appoint a back up person to stand in for you for the lasting POA for your OH affairs?
And have you got a person appointed as your lasting POA?
and your wills are sorted out?
so for DS2 is there a type of sheltered accommodation he can live at where he is partially independent but still looked after?
Its something that worried me for years, who would take on our gang if both of us went under the no 7 bus - you are supposed to appoint someone who would take in your kids if the worst happened but for us there was no one. Both sets of parents were not the doting sort and as for the various sisters and brother ...
fortunately buses only run every hour here from the main road so we avoided this situation and all 3 are now grown up“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

On the subject of strange names given to animals at the animal shelters and RSPCA homes etc our Tortoiseshell cat Sophie came from the RSPCA sanctuary locally and her given name then was
ANGELINA
can you imagine screaming Angelina at 10 o'colock at night out of the patio door when you are trying to get her to come in so you can go to bed :rotfl:
she is definatly not an Angelina“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
