I didn't realize that after deciding to give me the money they would change their mind and quietly pull the money back without telling me. Now I know that's the sort of thing tcb do I won't trust them and will pull the money as soon as it arrives in future.
Exactly.
You didn't, you inferred that they'd done the dirty on you and said tht you didn't trust them.
They don't have have to pay, it's in the T&Cs, therefore anything they paid would have been an errorYou can hardly complain about not receiving something you weren't entitled to :rotfl:
Same for me and probably for many others that did those orders.
Nothing is certain when glitching/using codes until it's in your pocket.

A question pretty please.
I've just bought something from Tesco.com which hopefully will be ready to collect on Friday.
Inevitably it will come down in price before then so I am thinking about my strategy -weather to watch the price and order again if it does go down and then do a return on the first item.
or can you ring Tesco.direct and ask them to price match?
Is there any issues with Tesco.direct doing returns - you just go to the normal desk, not the CS one?
I've used the online help to request the price difference. I just point out that its still in the return period so I *could* return it and buy again cheaper (and in fact, would do so if they didn't lower the price, but they always have).
I only wish they'd do the same for instore purchases.0 -
whew! Just had a really nasty looking HUGE red warning light come up in my car, heart attack time as I'm driving to the airport tomorrow!
Fortunately I looked it up & it just means brake pads worn
Nothing serious lol0 -
