Well I had a reply from them

"Thank you for your recent e-mail regarding your energy account
First of all please accept my sincere apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused to you.
I have checked and can confirm that we have already credited the Govt. Electricity Rebate of £12.00 into your account on 15.11.2015. This will be reflect on your next bill."

and obviously I've looked numerous times but its not showing  Or is it me being stupid.

I have online bills, not paper ones

On your next bill it will show as a credit to your account.:)

mhoc Is it you that is going on the Braemar next year?

Any questions you want answering ask soon while the answers should be fresh in my mind :)

Yes it is, a nice meander up some fjords.

Braemar was in Gran Canaria when we docked - I think we have the restaurant at the top with the big round windows - anyway we came out of dinner just as she was setting off, sailing majestically into the night, all lights and glamour :D

Good morning, hope dh is feeling a bit better today Sarah , and Bubbs is getting to grips with the meds, I used to take 34 tablets a day my phone was set with various alarms and drove my family nuts :D, hope everyone has a good day.:)

Thankyou, yes he is feeling a lot better today, I have had to tell him off a few times though, as he is trying to speak and he not allowed for 48 hours. The boys are telling me off, as I ask OH something, so he answers, then I tell him off for answering and the boys say well stop talking to him :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: So he has started sending me texts :rotfl::rotfl:
Good morning all, another dreary day here :(

Another one that has gained through email :)

My Morphy Richards soup maker went wrong again (I use it a lot). I bought it through Amazon 2 years ago last October, but it was replaced the following February under warranty. I emailed Morphy Richards to ask if it was still under guarantee and they said it was not as the guarantee ran from the original purchase date, and offered me a discounted one.

I then emailed the ceo of Morphy Richards on Sunday, a message was left on my phone yesterday lunch time saying they are sending me a new one :D:D

Well done. Going straight to the CEO nearly always works.

    Good morning!

Sarah, hope your husband is feeling better today.

I think I've posted everything that needs posting, most friends/family live a fair distance away, and I've wrapped and hidden the DGKs' gifts so only DD's left to wrap.

So just food now, and tree.

    Simples. (I hope!)

    xx

everyone getting so organised is sending me into a panic now :D
Just doing the final washing loads and then have to put everything away and then I am going to start wrapping.

Our postie has just walked past  so there goes my excuse for not getting into the shower sooner

She really is a beautiful ship :D We had all the Christmas decorations up when we were there in all the public areas, it must have taken them ages!

Yes, it must be the best and worst day of her life all at once.

We were just wondering about how they go to the loo on the space station :rotfl:

Carefully, and as least frequently as possible :p

Aw, be kinder to yourself mhoc, you've only just got back.

I buy all year round but I've managed to cut the gift list down a lot over the past few years, it was too big at 30+ people and now it's less than a dozen. Plus I realised last year that I am not actually Father Christmas nor am I responsible for absolutely everything on everyone's wish list. And even with the grandkids I've begun to realise that I am merely one of 4 grandparents and that Santa steals the show anyway, which is how it should be! So no more sackfuls for the sake of it, just one well chosen big thing each and a few extras, all for opening on the day. (Their clothing gifts have already been delivered unwrapped, and are being worn and enjoyed already and that's worked out better, so I'll do that again next year.)
