Oh no youd think it would say that somewhere. I just send an email complaining bacause the CS lady in South Africa was useless

Sorry to hear that. It does say to spend by 10pm on the day of expiry on the vouchers - though on saying that my experience was they expired before 10pm so if I were you (and now your head is above the parapet then you have nothing to lose!) continue with your complaint.

Note though they may look at how the vouchers were generated, but as your complaint is in then you can see where it goes..

Fortunately I remembered last night and placed an order for today, otherwise I could have been posting the same message .

I am not worried about raising my head as i do very little APG ( probably only about 6 this year online). Who ever heard of a voucher expiring before the end of the day. My fault for not realising but i wont take it lying down. Thanks

I know I would be annoyed too - I had that experience and random vouchers disappearing. I haven't done many APG shops recently as few C&C rtc opportunities in my stores since the DW. At the time I had "a few" vouchers from rtc so I wasn't really in a position to complain as there was a risk to other vouchers (so I spent them all quickly!). Bought a near muggle shop today to use up the vouchers.

A medium Turkey Crown £18 :eek: 2.5kg (up to 3kg - I got a larger one :cool:) does not match anyone on the APG - expensive (£11.99 in Adli for this size) but I needed one and to use up the vouchers, so happy with that (particularly as DW were profitable and I would otherwise have been spending £12 cash).

It was there when the upload finished and worked at first and then stopped working . OH trying to install it again for me but doesn't seem to be happening so far.

Neither Mrs Anon or I have been credited with the 1000 N3ctar bonus from eating at P1zza Express last week - should they have arrived by now? Do they normally appear on the bottom of the receipt (the same as the points when used) as mine didn't?

I see Mrs Anon has an offer for 750 bonus for eating in P1zza Express by the end of the month though I don't seem to ... not that we will have chance to go again this month but that is not the point.
