Just a heads up on Premier Parking Logistics They were IPC members for about 5 minutes so it is vital to check with the DVLA is they are still ATA members. They may be "missing" from the IPC list for other reasons so check with the DVLA
But since they have sent your a Formal demand they must have been able to do that while they were members. Get your appeal in as the Keeper and make sure you do not name the driverThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Just checked their web site. Apart from the option to PAY (which works) if you try "APPEALS" "CLIENTS" or any other thing - even CONTACT US in the bottom of page options, you get

Thanks for the help - do you mean they were an IPC member at some point during the last month?
Presumably the appeal would take the form of the unfair charge applied for essentially 10 minutes parking? This is the bit where I got a little confused as there are different rules applying dependant on whether they are a member of an accredited body or not..0 -

if they are members of an approved ATA at the time of the incident they can get your details from the DVLA ,(or is it 29 days later?) if not they can only act as a private investigator and apply for your details by filling in a form , that would be handed to the land owner who could bring a charge of trespass (nominal charge)
If your details have been obtained illegally by telling the DVLA they were in a ATA , or by getting another ATA company to get them , then the %hIt might hit the fan

Well, funnily enough I've just had another look at the electoral roll angle and I can't find my current address anywhere..
So what are the rules on appeals etc? Am I going to run out of time before the DVLA get back to me?0 -
what appeal , who to? that mob will not offer an appeal system , they just want your money , he,s the guy that bragged about making 10 million illegally clamping cars
they cannot offer an independent appeals system , because they are not members of the BPA of IPC ?
so why bother appealing and wasting your time
await the DVLA , they may just hurt him or his friendsSave a Rachael

Also missing from the ICO register; so they are in breach of the Data Protection Act.pappa_golf wrote: »not listed at companies house either0 -
yup , he,s a bad boy , who might be giving someone a back hander
scum like this (why am I thinking of ANPR Ltd) normally rely on just the ticket on the car , and fools ringing up thinking they are in the wrong , however if this guy has got info from the DVLA by weird ways then there may be problems ahead .Save a Rachael
