I cancelled my subscription yesterday. I lurked around a sky website and a "Sky expert" homed in on me. Can I help you he said. Yes, says I, I want to cancel my sub. Can I phone you now says he? Yes I said. So he phoned me and we had a good discussion about sky and money. I was kept on hold for suspiciously long periods of time (hoping I would give up and go away) but I was well prepared and was not worried as Sky were paying for the call.0
