Clicking expired on comps with wrong date format - still happening!!!

The expired button is there for people to click on comps that have ended, however it is being used to send comps that have the wrong date format to Game Over

this is an inappropriate use of the button, please leave threads with the wrong date format on the main board and either pm a BG or wait until they are tidied up every few days, it's just extra work for BGs to bring them back, also they get duplicated after people search and don't find them in GO

Haven't we been here before though? How difficult is it people the expired button is for competition which have ended. The clue is in the name. It's not called the I don't think this has been dome properly lets move it by pressing a button button. Apart from anything else that is way too long as a name to fit.

Is this why quite a few of the advents keep disappearing? However I cannot understand why people would be clicking expired for these advents that keep disappearing?

People have been clicking "spam" on a few of the advents (which also gets them automatically removed).

No, the links to them would still work if they were in GO, enough clicks on spam is the only way users can remove them.

I am taking a zero approach to people that post no end dates at all they go straight to GO i mean how hard is it to see that all the other comps or nearly all if they are done correctly are not posted like that.I edit the ones that have say xx/xx and no E: or E:xx/xx(no space) but sooner or later i'm gonna start moving them too
