Has anyone else here had any dealings with this lousy company and their 'free' internet offer?
I took up this seemingly to good to miss offer and have had major problems cancelling the account (within the specified time) and then subsequent billing problems. After contacting OFCOM/OFTEL it seems I cannot get any further with an outstanding bill that I am in dispute with TT with.
Talk Talk customer service is absolutely abysmal bordering on non existent.

Not quite what you mean, but we have talk talk for our 'voice' calls. They keep ringing up trying to offer us this fantastic free broadband for life. We have had 3 phone calls in the last 2 days. When I told the guy that we were sticking with what we'd got, he couldn't believe it, so I told him, politely this time, that I'd done some research and there were a lot of unhappy customers slating their service. I asked him not to call again and put the phone down on him. If he rings again, I won't be quite so polite and intend threaten to contact OFFCOM (or whoever) for harrasment!7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -
Register yourself with the telephone prefrance service. TalkTalk should not be calling you if you are on here.0

Already registered. Received yet another call just now so have reported them. Next time they ring, I am going to waste their time and keep them hanging on for as long as possible!7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0
