Parcel Force deliver to a post office that's 4 miles away

Hi, I had a similar sort of problem with Parcel Force. Royal Mail always either drops with the neighbour or takes back to the local sorting office in a trading estate, which is open until 6pm weekdays so I can just get there from work. But Parcel Force took my parcel to a local post office which closes at 5pm and is only open until 12 on Saturdays - when I'm working. Mind you, I suppose I'm lucky because every Saturday I pass another sorting office with people trying to collect their stuff -its on a dual-carriageway with parking for about 3 cars. What genius thought that was a suitable place?0
