Thomson Flight Delay Question

Hello Forum Team, I have completed and sent a Resolver case file about my delayed flight on 2 October 2015. The plane had a flat tyre and a broken taxi bulb. We were delayed over 18 hours on a flight from Mahon to Cardiff Wales airport. Thomson gave food vouchers and put us up overnight in hotels. Initially, via Resolver Thomson said they would get in touch within 28 days with an outcome to our case. When the 28 days past, I emailed them via Resolver, and they said they would get in touch in 56 days - which has passed. Every time I email them, I'm getting the 56 day standard email. Should I now 'escalate' the case via Resolver; or what should I do? Thank you.
