It isn't RM's fault if you turf up at the PO and they say the parcel is too big/ok the next time/dig at you because of a prepaid label - that is the Post Office and their staff, not Royal Mail.

As for lost mail, we all get that from time to time.

As a private seller I don't get many of them, or actually this is is my first Forces abroad address, so I don't know much about it. You live and learn! The other one was in the UK and I had no issues there.

I know it's not a Royal Mail fault as such, and I'd like to apologise for my comment, I wasn't meaning any harm to anybody.

I'm quite miticulous with checking my parcels And measurements and the '2mm out' was actually the air, which was made the parcel 'bulge' a little bit but escaped when suppressed. I actually took the ruller with me to show that it's actually 3mm under, if they are being so picky

I'm quite sure no offence was taken.....my point was more that Post Office staff are nothing to do with Royal Mail....
