It isn't RM's fault if you turf up at the PO and they say the parcel is too big/ok the next time/dig at you because of a prepaid label - that is the Post Office and their staff, not Royal Mail.
As for lost mail, we all get that from time to time.
As a private seller I don't get many of them, or actually this is is my first Forces abroad address, so I don't know much about it. You live and learn! The other one was in the UK and I had no issues there.
I know it's not a Royal Mail fault as such, and I'd like to apologise for my comment, I wasn't meaning any harm to anybody.
I'm quite miticulous with checking my parcels And measurements and the '2mm out' was actually the air, which was made the parcel 'bulge' a little bit but escaped when suppressed. I actually took the ruller with me to show that it's actually 3mm under, if they are being so picky0 -
I'm quite sure no offence was taken.....my point was more that Post Office staff are nothing to do with Royal Mail....0
