Clearly some users do not move in the correct circles or possess the correct attitude.

The amount of times in life I have been told no, only to dig and find a yes somewhere. I have countless examples.0 -
So can account holders if they raise a complaint. You can raise a complaint by going int a Branch - often easiest to do because you can have a conversation with a real person. Mind you, you can do the same on the phone, and spare yourself a trip to a Branch.

Anyone can also raise complaint online on https://www.natwest.com/global/contact-us/complain-js.ashx0 -
Im not talking about raising a complaint, why on earth would I want to do that, its an easy outcome for them, passing it on to someone else, that's all they will keep doing, passing you from pillar to post.
You must stick with the one person, until they deliver a suitable outcome, i.e., let me go and make a call.
Of course, its not easy, and not always possible, but it can be done.0 -

"You must stick with the one person" even if they are an obvious d-i-c-k-h-e-a-d?? Why? Why on earth, why????0
